She has spent 19 years traveling between the US and Canada and across 11 countries, building and running her businesses from villas, co-working spaces, cafes, and everything in between.

These days she builds AI employees: the assistants, planners, and follow-up systems that run the parts of a business that used to take up half of a founder’s whole week. She helps women entrepreneurs put those systems, their offers, and their mindset together so they can work from anywhere and actually enjoy the life they built the business for.

Before you book anything, it is worth checking whether your business could actually run without you for a week. I put the honest test in five signs your business is travel-ready and three that say not yet, and the practical setup in the work and play trip system. If you are weighing a retreat against simply building better systems at home, the bottleneck test is the cheaper place to start.

Questions women entrepreneurs are asking about this

What is a women’s business retreat in Bali actually like?

A day usually runs from an early start in a private villa, through a wellness session and breakfast, into a block of business workshops and co-working through the middle of the day, then a spa treatment and a shared dinner in the evening. Adventure days and a water ceremony sit alongside the working days. The structure matters more than the setting: it is working time with the friction removed.

Who is a Bali business retreat for?

Women running an established business who need concentrated time to work on it rather than in it, and who want the relationships that come from a small group. It suits founders who already have some delivery running without them. It suits nobody who needs to be reachable every hour of every day.

What should I have in place in my business before I go on a retreat?

At minimum: one offer that delivers without you live, clients who understand your response times, and your files and client details somewhere you can reach from a laptop. If everything lives in your head, a retreat becomes a working holiday with worse Wi-Fi.

Is a business retreat worth the cost?

It depends entirely on whether you arrive with something specific to work on. Founders who bring a real decision or a build they have been putting off tend to leave with it done. Founders who arrive hoping for inspiration tend to leave rested, which is lovely and is not the same return.

When is the next WEWT Bali retreat?

Dates and pricing are currently being rebuilt, so the honest answer is that there is nothing to book right now. The details further up this page are from an earlier plan and are being updated. The newsletter is where the confirmed dates will be announced first.
