Terms and Conditions of Use

It is your responsibility to read these Terms carefully before purchasing, using, or accessing any of our products, programs, services, websites, trainings, digital downloads, or communications (collectively, the “Offerings”). By purchasing, accessing, or using any Offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1) Scope and Agreement

All Offerings are owned and operated by Pacific Rim Sustainable Lifestyle Solutions. The terms “you” and “your” refer to any purchaser, visitor, participant, user, or subscriber.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Offerings after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Refund Policy: Refund terms (if any) are stated on the applicable checkout page and/or sales page for the specific Offering. Unless otherwise stated in writing at checkout, purchases are non-refundable.

If liability is found, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Offering giving rise to the claim (or $100, whichever is less), to the extent allowed by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pacific Rim Sustainable Lifestyle Solutions and its representatives (including Marybeth Welty) from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Offerings, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may terminate or suspend access to any Offering if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused content, shared access, or engaged in behavior that is harmful to the Company or community.

15) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in British Columbia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
