I did this for a while too. I was using AI like a smarter Google. I'd ask it for ideas, ask it for strategy, have it write a caption, then copy and paste everything to go do the actual work myself. It wasn't until I started building systems that are scheduled, that run on their own, that do the work for me and hand it back finished, that I realized how transformational this technology can be for women entrepreneurs.

It can, and it does.
I wanted to create a room, a space for women entrepreneurs and leaders in business to talk about AI openly, and to share tips, ideas and workflows for how they're using AI in their businesses. That way other women get ideas for how this could transform their business, and their life, too.
Who it's for
There are two women in this room,and both of them belong here.
If you're AI curious
You've been dabbling. You have a ChatGPT tab open and you've asked it for a few things and you genuinely want to know what else is possible. You've probably heard people say the word “agent” and thought, okay, that sounds a bit too techy for me.
You'll be fine here. You're going to watch other women share their screens and do things live, which is how most of us actually learn this. Ask whatever you want. Nobody in this room is going to make you feel like you should already know it.
If you're already deep in it
You're using AI across your business, you've built things, and you're at the point where you want to hear how other women are doing it. You want ideas you wouldn't have thought of. You'd like a room where you can talk about this at your actual level, with people who get it.
The standard for entry is ambition, not revenue.If you want to grow, you qualify.

Two Wednesdays a month.
The mastermind
Fourth Wednesday, 1pm to 3pm Pacific, live on Zoom.
Two hours in a room of women where you can ask anything, no judgment. We're all at different places with AI, and everyone in here wants to learn, grow, and share what's working.
So bring your questions:
- How could I be using AI across my operations, my networking and my sales?
- Where's my biggest bottleneck, and can AI take it off me?
- How do I save myself ten hours a week?
- How do I scale my revenue without adding more hours?
- What are other women actually doing to make that happen?
Women share how they're really using AI in their businesses, screens and all. Real workflows, out of real businesses, running right now.

The build training
Second Wednesday, 1pm to 4pm Pacific, live on Zoom.
Three hours on one system. I teach for the first ninety minutes to two hours, building one AI employee or system for one specific job, start to finish, while you follow along.
Then an hour of Q&A and implementation, where you build yours with me still on the call, so you can actually get it installed before the end of the session.
You leave with the skill files, the prompts, and every resource we used, plus the recording in case you didn't get it all done in the class.
We'll be doing a different system every month. You'll need basic Claude or ChatGPT experience and a paid account, since the free version will not work for this.
If you opt into the build training, the mastermind is included every month.
The report
Every strategy that came out of the room,written up and sent to you.
After each session, I put together a full report of everything that happened in the room.
For the masterminds, that includes every strategy each woman shared, every workflow, and every tool or software recommendation, written out so you can go and use it. If you've ever come off a two hour call with four pages of scribbled notes you never looked at again, this is the fix for that.

Who's hosting this
Hi, I'm Marybeth.
My background is in interior design and sustainable building. I've been in business for myself for seven years now, and I'm passionate about helping women entrepreneurs organize and streamline their businesses so they can have freedom. I'm based in Vancouver and I work with women all over the world.
Right now I have 25 AI employees across seven departments in my own business. My executive assistant sends me a morning brief that merges eight calendars and tells me what actually needs my attention. My Chief Relationship Officer runs my inbox, my LinkedIn, my messenger, and tracks every contact and opportunity I get out of networking. My Chief Publicity Officer goes and finds the stages and the press.
I built all of it myself, with no technical background and no team, while running a second business.
That's the vibe I am holding for this room. I want to teach, coach, mentor and support other women entrepreneurs in implementing AI into their businesses, because I know firsthand how much this has changed everything in my business and my life.

On whether a room like this actually works: JPMorgan Chase Institute looked at AI adoption among small business owners in May 2026 and concluded that access to the tools on their own isn't enough. What closes the gap is community-based support, peer-to-peer learning, and spaces where owners can talk through what they're implementing with other people facing the same thing.
That's this. A bank with nothing to sell you wrote the case for it.
How it works
The terms, plainly
Come to a session first. You're welcome at one mastermind as my guest before you pay for anything, so you can see the room for yourself. Guests come to the live session only, so no report and no replay. Email me for a guest seat and I'll send you the link.
Month to month means month to month. No minimum, cancel whenever you want. That's why the month to month rate is higher.
A year is a year. Either paid up front or billed monthly across twelve months, and there's no pausing partway through. If you know you'll be travelling in November, join the session from wherever you are or catch the replay and stay a member.
Your rate is your rate until you leave. Whatever you join at is what you pay for as long as you stay, including every time I add something to the room. If you cancel and come back later, you come back at whatever the price is then.
You can move up a tier whenever you want. Moving from Mastermind to Mastermind + Build takes effect the following month.
Questions
The things everybody asks
I'm genuinely a beginner. Am I going to be lost?
No. The room was partly built for you. You'll be watching other women share their screens and walk through what they did, which is the way almost everyone actually picks this up. One of the women in my current program said it best: hearing the more advanced people work is what gave her confidence, not what made her feel behind.
I've been using AI for two years. Is this going to be too basic for me?
There are women in this room building AI products and apps, so you will not be the most advanced person on the call.
What's the actual difference between the two tiers?
The Mastermind is the monthly session for discussion, collaboration, sharing and inspiring. You will always get a report detailing out any tips, tricks, tools, hacks and workflows that people share. Mastermind + Build adds a second live session every month where I teach one complete system and hand you the installation package. If you want to be building things and not only hearing about them, you want Build.
What if I can't make a session live?
Every member gets the written report from every session, whether they were there or not, so you're never guessing what you missed. Replays come with the annual subscription, whether you are billed monthly or pay in full for the year.
Do I need Claude, or ChatGPT, or something else?
Bring whatever you're using. Most of what I build runs in Claude and I'll say so when it matters, and plenty of what gets shared in the room works anywhere.
Is this only about operations, or can we talk about content?
Talk about content all you want. I use AI for my own content constantly. The reason I keep pointing at operations is that is really where we can save a lot of time, take a lot of work off our plates, and reduce operation and staffing costs while growing and scaling at the same time.
Is there a men's version of this?
No.
The room I wanted didn't exist, so I created this one.
I built this business to give myself three things at once: time, location, and financial freedom.
AI is the reason I'm getting there faster than I would have on my own. It's also the reason I can be in Vancouver in the morning and somewhere warm in February, and the work still gets done.
