What does Marybeth Welty do?
I build AI employees and the operating systems around them for women entrepreneurs. The deliverable is a working set of AI employees inside your business at the end of the engagement, along with the Business Brain and the command center they run on, and you own all of it.
What is an AI employee?
An AI employee is a named AI worker with one job, trained on your business and your voice, that carries a piece of the work rather than suggesting how you might do it. An inbox manager, a follow-up writer, a weekly planner, a content employee. They run inside your own accounts, they use your tools, and they keep working whether or not you are at your desk.
How is this different from hiring more people?
A hire adds capacity and it also adds managing, onboarding, and another person who needs your judgment. AI employees get built once, they hold the knowledge in a Business Brain you keep, and they do not need a weekly check-in. You still hire humans where real judgment is required, and the AI employees make those humans far more useful.
Do I need to be technical?
No, and you will not write code. In the private builds we build it together on the call, and in the on-demand products every prompt is written out for you to copy. The most common thing women tell me afterwards is that the tech was never the hard part, deciding what to hand over was.
