Valentine’s Day is a day of love, connection, affection, gratitude, and beauty.
It’s a day to appreciate all the people in our lives whom we love and cherish, including ourselves. A day symbolized by hearts 💜, flowers 🌹, cupids, chocolates 🍫, and jewelry 💍.
On this day, especially this day, we open our hearts to those we truly care for and express this from the deepest parts of our soul. 💗
Naturally our heart chakra is the most connected to these emotions and behaviours. The heart chakra is the 4th energy chakra and is located in the centre of the chest, closest to our anatomical heart. 🫀

From Chakras.Info
It is the chakra that influences and guides our connection to others, determines our ability and capacity to love, how open we are within our relationships, and helps us feel the beauty of life. (from Chakra.Info)
When our heart chakra is blocked we can feel jealous, closed off, down, fear of intimacy, and many other emotions opposite of love and connection. Physically we can experience upper respiratory issues and heart issues as a result of the blockage. 💔 (from Chakra.Info)
Nourishing our heart chakra is a beautiful way to open it again to love and compassion, connection and health. Our friend, colleague, and holistic nutritionist, Rachel Morris from instagram @MossyRocksAndWater has shared a delicious recipe to honour and nourish our heart chakra on this day of love. ❤️
